I purchased my Audi TT tdi last December, and am very happy with it…however, my Audi dealers found that it had a problem with the EGR valve, which needed replacing at considerable cost….Nick at Usk Car company contacted me quickly and arranged for the Audi main dealer to replace the valve at a time to suit me and at Usk’s expense, thus honouring their 100 day guarantee ….I can recommend this company as very fair to deal with!B. Having purchased a vehicle off yourself at Usk Car Company, namely an Audi A4 on 1st July 2011, I would like to comment on the service I received. Having bought the Audi with 6 Months warranty I had a problem with the throttle (electronic) on my vehicle after 5 months. I approached you and the problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have now had my Audi for 10 months, have had no further problems and it is running sweetly. Hi Nick, We purchased a Seat Ibiza Sport TDi 3months ago, and she is still running like a dream, no problems! Nick was very helpful at all times, and I am sure had we had any problems he would be more than accommodating.
